Lord Jesus Christ I am asking you to pray for me (Hebrews 4:14). I know that today is best opportunity for the advancement of prayer like never before in the history of mankind. We don't need more money, we don't need more resources. Jesus we just need you. Lord I believe there are 12 attributes of prayer we can improve upon the earth to change the course of history. Lord we get one life and an amazing Living God to impact history. Let’s do it! Lord I humbly pray for your direction and power to improve prayer with the entire earth. Lord if prayer can change things let’s have a blast and change the entire earth. This can be done. Oh God, I am just praying over your prayer plan that can change the world and history. There are so many people in history that achieved great feats and innovated our way of life with amazing exploits. Lord please bless me with prayer moments with you that can do exactly that. Maximum Prayer, maximum impact. Lord you stated that “my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.” (Isaiah 56:7) Lord how can we achieve that unless we have a strong prayer infrastructure that can strengthen your people to change the world? We need Maximum Prayer capabilities to enjoy all that praying unto you can achieve.
Lord I believe to achieve maximum prayer we need to connect the attributes of powerful prayer and expand the capabilities person-by-person to achieve a prayer reformation. Lord I pray that we as Christians would make a determined decision to position prayer where it belongs in the preeminent place of life. Prayer first from the church vision statement to the décor of the walls. I believe your word that edifies prayer should decorate the walls of your house of prayer. My prayer is that both believers and churches would have the greatest reputation of prayer first. Lord Jesus Christ, I pray for 12 attributes of prayer reformation in the Christian community.
1. I prayer that the heart of every Christian would desire a reputation of prayer. Jesus crowd came to admire you and praise you because of the results of your prayer life. It was your life in prayer intimately that empowered your reputation publicly. This is demonstrated in Revelation 8, as God the Father is seen upon the throne enjoying the intimacy of prayer as mixed with the sweet aroma of incense. It was the prayer life of you Jesus that enabled all prayers to be acceptable. I prayer that we would capitalize on this amazing access. Lord I am amazed that the smoke of the incense enables my prayers to reach God, and be inhaled. This enable my prayer to go to closer regions of the true Living God through the blood of Christ. This lets me know that God loves every prayer intimately with a longing and deep examination (Romans 8:26). Smoke lingers and permeates and so does my prayers before your face of God. Though my eyes cannot see you my Savior, prayers can hug you deeper than angels can ever achieve. I pray that your bride, the church would exalt prayer to build a reputation, that is the first attribute of Maximum Prayer. Lord I pray for every opportunity to exalt prayer in the depths of my heart and the lives of others.
2. We can change the church and change the world as believers in Jesus Christ. It is done by taking prayer to a height higher than our understanding and acceptance. Prayer was never meant to be imprisoned in the spectrum of man's understanding. Prayer is tremendously God's property. The ultimate change that needs to take place in today's Christian church is the priority of prayer. Prayer must be first and preeminent in every aspect of the Church. Today is the day for a prayer reformation within the Christian Church. We can improve the church by improving our attitudes and practices towards prayer. The Christian Church today can save hundreds of souls a month if we would change our perspective of prayer.
Just as God spoke, "Even them I will bring to My holy mountain, ad make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on My altar; For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations." (Isaiah 56:7).
Every church in the world has the capabilities of making a worldwide prayer impact. We need to improve our interaction with the Biblical infrastructure of prayer. When God expresses the thought of a home or a house, prayer is the first and foremost thought and practice. God's vision statement takes prayer to the mountain top of life and today's church can improve in prayer. From the vision statement to every ministry. A reputation of prayer is the hallmark of God's house. Today's believer should be the most learned generation in the beauty and operations of expanding prayer. Prayer should dominate the reputation of the church to the degree of national impact.
